The Grey Goose Character and Cocktails / Elton John Aids Foundation Winter Ball, saw the transformation of two ex post office warehouse rooms into a reception & dining room suitable for this prestigious event. Special Project Solutions acted as rigging contractor installing over 400m of trussing from 100 fixings to the roof to accommodate practically every service within the building such as lighting, set, sound, draping, audio visual equipment and chandeliers.

In addition to providing the rigging solution our design translation team assisted with the correlation of the plans from the various departments to assist the design department at NPA with one clear vision of the services they had contracted for the event.
