David Green  David has been working in the event industry for 12 years. Originally trained as a theatre, conference & event carpenter David has expanded his experience across all the industry genres.
Before starting the company David worked as an Event Production and Site Manager, principally managing the scheduling and detail control of large international events for Motor Industry, Pharmaceutical and Government clients in a freelance capacity for worldwide agencies such as Jack Morton, Crown and Fitch.
Most notable events include The Rolls Royce Centenary Celebrations, Sales incentives for IBM and Crown Numico and vehicle launches for General Motors and Mini.
Since the formation of Special Projects David has concentrated on managing detail for our niche client development, looking after planning, logistics and supply for our major contracts from events to shopping centres. | | Tim Roffey  Before founding Special Projects Tim spent 10 years at Unusual Rigging, working his way through the company from rigging crew-boss to his final position as a Contracts Manager.
Tim was responsible for many different theatre projects at Unusual, from managing the worldwide tour of Mama Mia, and commissioning major west end installations such as Anything goes (Theatre Royal) & Moving Out (Victoria Apollo).
Recent major Industrial projects included the northeast and northwest quadrant developments at Old Trafford football ground, Space Park Bremen in Germany and the complete emergency evacuation speaker installation at the O2 arena London.
Since moving on Tim has worked for Special Projects as a Project Manager for Action Impact LLC (Dubai), Production Technologies LLC (Dubai) and Silent Associates International Ltd (UK). Not to mention leading our countless specialist installations throughout the construction and entertainment industries. |
